The Weakest Summoner’s School Conquest – I Became Strong Only After Losing – Chapter 23

“What was that?!”

Abel, who took a direct hit from Albero’s right fist, tumbled across the ground for over a hundred meters.

Albero’s anger was far from quelled. He began running toward the rolling Abel.

“Hey━━”

Along the way, he passed Esterize, but Albero didn’t spare her a glance.

He was unexpectedly fast, with his physical abilities skyrocketing.

He caught up to Abel in no time, moving several times faster than usual.

“You jerk!”

“Aaargh!”

A fist plunged into the face of Abel, who was trying to get up.

Albero then mounted Abel and punched his face repeatedly with his right fist.

Each blow was powerful, lethal if it hit a human in the wrong place. Abel was pummeled over and over.

“Ugh, stop!!!!”

Then, Albero grabbed Abel’s face with his right hand, tossed him into the air, and leaped after him.

He slammed the dazed Abel down from dozens of meters in the air.

Abel crashed into the ground, creating a massive crater.

Albero landed and, with his glowing golden right eye, shouted at Abel.

“Get up, you bastard! I’ll tear out your insides and mash them right in front of you!”

Trembling, his right arm was in spasms.

Then, Abel, with his face swollen, began to rise. Despite his endurance befitting a demon, his face was swollen with green blood oozing out.

“I’ll kill you!!!!!”

“Shut up! I’m the one who’s gonna kill you!!”

“Grrr!!”

Slowly, Abel began to transform.

It wasn’t a human form. It was a monstrous figure with massive jaws and baby-like hands.

“Gluttonous” Demon Abel. One of the strongest summoned beasts created by the Demon Emperor.

Its true form was a giant, devouring mouth.

Massive teeth lined up, a bite ensuring instant death.

But Albero wasn’t fazed.

“That’s a big mouth. . . . . .I’ll break those teeth.”

Albero jumped, readying his right arm.

And in mid-air, as he thrust out his fist, Albero’s right arm grew massive.

“What?!”

“I’ll crush you, you jerk!”

The enlarged arm slammed Abel into the ground.

The impact shook the earth like an earthquake.

Upon landing, Albero’s arm returned to its normal size.

Abel appeared flattened, but he wasn’t dead.

“He’s still alive. . . . . .”

Then, he heard it.

『Use your power━━』

It was a voice, resembling a growl.

The arm’s enlargement and contraction were merely physical functions.

Albero hadn’t used his summoned beast’s true ability yet. Suddenly, the supposedly crushed Abel began to rise and returned to his original size.

『You think that’ll work on me?! I absorb all blows. Don’t underestimate this body!!』

Abel opened his huge mouth, and a white light began to gather.

White flames. . . . . .Abel’s magic was about to rain down on Albero.

Albero grabbed a broken wall from a nearby half-destroyed school building with his right arm, using it as a shield.

『You think that scrap can protect you?! Grrr!』

 ㅤ

White flames burst out, assaulting Albero.

The scale is different from when it was released in human form. The place where Albero stood was enveloped in white flames.

The ground roars as it burns.

『Huh. . . . . .Did he get burned to death?』

“Who did?”

『───Huh?!』

As the white flames subsided, emerging from within was. . . . . .Albero, using the school building’s wall as a shield.

Odd. The school wall isn’t burned at all, not even a scratch.

Albero discards the school wall and speaks.

“I’ll tell you. The ability of my Summoned beast 『Jabberwock』 is 『hardening』. . . . . . I can harden anything I touch with my right arm to the extreme. Your flames can’t break it. Even I can’t break it.”

『What?』

“So, it’s the end. . . . . .Die with regrets.”

Albero gently points his right arm at Abel.

“───?!”

Then, Abel couldn’t move even a single step.

He couldn’t even breathe.

He couldn’t make a sound. He couldn’t move an inch━━Albero was doing something.

“Just die already. . . . . .damn bastard.”

What Albero was doing was the ultimate hardening.

He hardens the space, even the slightest dust, oxygen───even time itself.

The air is solidified, so breathing is impossible. The space is solidified, so one can’t move. Only consciousness remains clear, as one gently approaches death.

“───.”

He couldn’t move.

He couldn’t scream.

He couldn’t even shed a tear.

Abel was slowly heading towards death.

This ability is dangerous. . . . . .And he can’t even tell his allies about it.

And. . . . . .Abel continued to regret until his life ran out.

“Crush.”

Then, Abel himself becomes solidified.

Whatever the right hand touches. That means the air is also touching the right arm. Through the air, it hardens everything around Abel, even time and space. Furthermore, Albero moves the solidified space, compressing Abel’s body.

By now, theories are unclear. It was simply a process of solidifying and crushing.

『───』

His eyes couldn’t move, and the vacuum state meant no sound could be made.

Only pain and thoughts remained, so there was only suffering.

Albero said to Abel, who was being compressed and crushed.

“Disappear, damn demon.”

━Squelch.

Abel, now the size that fits in the palm of a hand, made a watery sound as he was crushed to death.
