The Summoned beast created by the Demon Emperor. That is a demon and a demon beast.
While the demon beast acts on instinct and rampages, the demon has a human form and possesses advanced intelligence.
Demons are also Summoned beasts. Hence, there are rankings among them.

In a certain mountain range, there was a demon.
With dark skin, long white hair, and horns that humans couldn’t possibly have, and long claws extending from both hands.
When the demon slowly raised its hand, a mass of flames emerged.
The flames were fired at a nearby rock, shattering it into pieces.

“I can’t hold back anymore. . . . . .I’m going to devour them. My elder brother and sister said it’s 『too soon』. . . . . .but I can smell the rich scent of humans. . . . . .I can’t wait!”

The demon’s hand was ablaze.
The demon wields a versatile power known as 『magic』.
This demon seems to be able to control fire.

“I’m starving. . . . . .Oh, I can’t wait for the Demon Emperor-sama to be resurrected. . . . . .I’m so hungry.”

The demon was starving.
The demon is still quite young in terms of demon age. However, its power is formidable.
Summoned beasts created by the Demon Emperor possess power of at least B-class.
This young demon also seems to possess power beyond B-class.

With a mere whistle, a large horde of demon beasts gathered behind the demon.

“Hehe, since we’re here, let’s have some warm-up! Let’s wreak havoc in this nearby town.”

With a light kick on the ground, the demon floated gently upwards.
Hovering in the air, its eyes widened. . . . . .then narrowed.

“Found them. So many humans. . . . . .but they seem tasteless. . . . . .I wonder if there are any pure-blooded ones.”

The demon said in a bored tone.
Yet, a smirk was evident on his face.

“Well then, shall we start our warm-up. . . . . .Hehe, become a sacrifice for Demon Abel, humans.”

Demon Abel commanded the demon beasts.
The order was very simple: 『Attack the town』.
The demon beasts began rampaging through the town. The people panicked. . . . . .and the summoners stationed in the town began their counter-attack.
Watching this, Abel joined the fray against those summoners.

“Excuse me. . . . . .Hey, humans, I’m kinda hungry.”
“Who. . . . . .Who are you?!”
ㅤ
There were about twenty summoners.
All of them were controlling their beastly or humanoid Summoned beasts, fighting against the demon beasts.
As Abel sniffed the air, he seemed slightly disappointed.

“Hey. . . . . .All of you taste so bland. Well, I guess that’s expected from weaklings from the countryside.”
“Who the hell are you?!”

The leader of the summoners questioned Abel, but Abel pointed his hand at the leader in boredom.

“Enough. Just die for now.”
“Wha───.”

And then, the leader was blown to pieces.
Abel picked up one of the scattered flesh pieces and placed it in his mouth.

“Hmm, at least it can be an appetizer.”
“Wha, what is this. . . . . .with, without summoning a beast?”
“Wa, wait. . . . . .could it be, this guy?”

A summoner noticed.
Then, he turned pale instantly. . . . . .and muttered quietly.

“Could it be. . . . . .a, demon. . . . . .?”

Abel laughed mockingly. . . . . .and pointed at the summoners.

The summoners were annihilated in just a few minutes.
They exploded, burned, bodies torn apart. . . . . .a gruesome scene spread out.
The demon beasts were rampaging in the town, consuming most of the residents.
Abel jumped into the fountain in the center of the town, playing around like a child.

“Damn, it’s cold! . . . . . .Ah, boring. I want to eat meat with a richer taste.”
ㅤ
Abel licked his lips and looked up at the sky.
And then. . . . . .he grinned.
ㅤ
“Asgard, was it. . . . . .shall we go there?”
ㅤ
Abel licked his lips again.
