Albero was bestowed the title of nobility by King Zenovect during the audience.
After receiving the ceremonial sword, he pledged his loyalty to the nation. Recognized for his achievements in demon subjugation, the nobles in attendance applauded him.
Zenovect smiles warmly.

“I apologize. The ceremony has taken place, but you’ll have to wait about three more years to officially receive your title. Until then, you’ll be treated as a provisional Baron without any land. . . . . .It’s an exception. You have time, why not learn about land management? How about learning from your father?”

Albero chose and purchased a property he liked from among those owned by Yorha. He hired a few of Yorha’s subordinates as servants to manage the house.
He thought of it as a hideaway for emergencies and thus secured a home within the Asgard Kingdom.
After finishing his errands, he left the royal castle for the town below. While contemplating a stroll and visiting his newly purchased house, he encountered Ashe and Lapis shopping at a general store.

“Yeah. It was a tedious one. . . . . .”
“Fufu, well done. Are you heading back?”
“I was thinking of taking a walk. And maybe visit the new house I bought.”
“”House?””

Their voices overlapped.
Seeing no reason to hide it, Albero talked about buying the house.
The two became instantly intrigued.

“I want to see it!! I want to see Albero’s house!!”
“I want to see it too!!”
“Uh, sure. . . . . .I guess.”
“Great!! Lapis, let’s postpone shopping. We’re going to see Albero’s house!!”
“Yes!!”
“Why are you two so enthusiastic?”

While intrigued, Albero leads the two of them to the property.
Their destination is the district where nobles have their mansions, commonly referred to as the 『Noble District』. Large mansions line the streets, along with high-end shops and auction venues. Incidentally, Lapis’ house was also located here.
In a corner of the Noble District, surrounded by a small grove, stands Albero’s house.

“I chose a property that isn’t too conspicuous. The land has many trees, and there’s a farm on the premises. The previous owner was into farming, so there’s a well that draws groundwater. And there’s a bath too.”

Albero took out a bunch of keys from his pocket and showed them.

“I got them from Yorha. You can use it as you like.”

They opened the gate, and as they walked down the forest path, the mansion came into view.
It was a rather magnificent mansion, and this area was not surrounded by the forest; instead, there was a farm in the garden.
As they stood in front of the house door, it opened. . . . . .revealing three maids and a butler.

“D, Danna-sama? Who? Huh?”

Then, the butler stepped forward and knelt, followed by the three maids who also knelt.

“I am Heimdal, the captain of Yorha’s personal unit 『Alpha One』. By Yorha-sama’s orders, I manage this mansion and will serve as your butler.”
“I’m Johanna from 『Alpha One』, assigned as a maid.”
“Same, I’m Luina.”
“Same, I’m Mine.”
“From now on, we will serve Albero-sama.”

Heimdal and the three maids remained bowed.
Albero, taken by surprise and unsure of how to react, instinctively looked at Lapis.

“Um, could you please stand?”
“Uh, okay. . . . . .Stand.”

“. . . . . .Um. Ashe, can you handle this?”

Clearly, they act more like military subordinates than servants. It’s a bit stiff for Albero’s liking.
Leaving Ashe to handle things, Albero and Lapis took seats on a nearby sofa.

“It’s quite challenging for you, Albero.”
“Haha. . . . . .I miss the days when it was just the two of us in the S-class.”

Albero gave a wry smile, watching the butler and maids taking notes and getting guidance from Ashe.
