When I felt sleepy, I slept, and took nourishing meals and medicine three times a day. I recovered in just two days.

Although they say I’m in bed due to fatigue-induced fever, to be honest, it’s boring. Being bedridden makes my stamina plummet, so I’ve been sneaking around my room, stretching and doing some pseudo-yoga.
Chris brought me food again today, since patients are told not to leave their rooms.

“Today’s breakfast is freshly baked herb butter croissants and chocolate. We’ve wrapped the croissant dough in herb butter and baked it.”
“That sounds delicious! The herb butter, could it be. . .”
“It was a gift from Thor. He told us in advance that he would be visiting today.”
“I thought as much. . . Actually, I’m surprised I didn’t notice it sooner.”
“Well, you did notice. Since we can’t meet unless we go to the lab, he seemed quite desperate to find you.”
“I apologize for any trouble. . .”

Thor pulled a chair next to the bed and sat down in high spirits.

“Very much! Did Thor make it?”
“I made it with Marina. Lately, we’ve been cooking various things together. We want to give more to Nee-sama.”
“You two get along well, don’t you?”
“In the beginning, Marina was really nervous and acted awkwardly, but recently we’ve been able to talk normally. It’s fun to make things to give to Nee-sama together! Nee-sama goes by the name Tianne, right? Both Marina and I love Tianne the most in school. Marina really respects Tianne!”

“I want Nee-sama to be happy. You’ve always said that a woman’s happiness isn’t just about marriage. I want you to think freely, not just for the sake of the house.”

Somehow, those words reassured me.
My dad, mom, and Thor all care about my feelings. It was comforting to know that I have unwavering allies.

“Nee-sama, let’s sleep together tonight!”

It’s been quite a while since I slept with Thor. Besides, isolating ourselves in this room would probably be more peaceful for Roa-sama and others.
