The Weakest Summoner’s School Conquest – I Became Strong Only After Losing – Chapter 190

𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐬𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝

There are eighty days left.

Albero and the others decided to return to the Kingdom of Asgard.

After getting ready, they pack their belongings into the box on Marcosias’s back.

Having had their last breakfast, they finished their departure preparations.

Albero and the others bid farewell to Bartholomew and Yuisis.

“Bartholomew-san, thank you for your hospitality.”

“Don’t mention it. Just remember, this is your territory. Don’t think I can take care of it forever.”

“Uh. . . . . .I, I understand.”

“Heh. . . . . .Just kidding. Take care.”

“Yes, thank you.”

Albero shakes hands with Bartholomew.

Ashe and the others are energetically saying their goodbyes and hugging Yuisis.

Watching this, Albero reflects.

“. . . . . .Couldn’t find the answer, huh.”

“Huh?”

“Ah, never mind.”

“You’re strange.”

Kid snorts in annoyance.

Trying to change the mood, Albero asks Kid a question.

“I heard you went to a ranch?”

“. . . . . .So?”

“Hey, did something happen?”

“Annoying.”

Saying that, Kid went outside alone.

After saying their goodbyes, Ashe and the others follow Kid. Albero also bids farewell to Yuisis and heads outside.

Outside, Ashe and Lapis instruct the summoned beasts.

“Gryphon, don’t fly too fast.”

“Same goes for Marcosias, okay?”

『Chirp. . . . . .』

『Woof』

With everyone onboard, Gryphon takes off.

Marcosias starts to run.

Albero leans out of Gryphon’s basket and waves to Bartholomew and the others.

“We’ll be back!! Thank you!!”

Bartholomew and Yuisis wave back with smiles.

◇◇◇◇◇◇

They arrived in the Kingdom of Asgard, although they may have rushed a bit.

Then they disembarked from Gryphon in front of the S-class dormitory and unloaded their luggage, heading to the lounge.

As Kid tried to brew some tea, Ridelle spoke up.

“Wow. . . . . .There are so many letters. I think there’s one for everyone.”

“Oh, is there one for me?!”

“Not for you.”

“Ugh. . . . . .”

Everyone except for Leivinia and Nisrok received a letter.

The personal ones were party invitations and love letters. The ones addressed to everyone were invitations from nobles for a dinner party for S-class summoners.

Lapis says, looking at some of the invitations.

“There’s also an invitation from a different Duke’s house. . . . . .”

“The Duke’s house. . . . . .Do we need to go?”

“No need. Besides, now’s not the time for that, right?”

When Yorha said it, everyone nodded.

Then, Albero was reading a letter.

When Ashe secretly looked from the side. . . . . .it had the Rushout family crest.

Albero said to Ashe.

“They’re asking me to come home. They’ve bought a villa in the Kingdom of Asgard and are inviting me.”

“. . . . . .Will you go?”

“Why would I? It’s tedious.”

“Hey, what’s this?”

Kid hands over a note from a letter addressed to Albero.

It’s marked with “Esterize”. Apparently, a letter from Esterize.

They quickly open and read it. . . . . .Everyone grasps its content. Albero’s expression darkens.

“Come to the training ground. It seems they’re going to have a mock battle in preparation for the coming day.”

“. . . . . .You might get killed, you know?”

“Maybe. She wants to say ‘I’ll fight Shin in your place’, right? She intend to show off the strength of the Peacemaker squad and take over the mission to defeat the Demon Emperor.”

“. . . . . .You understand well.”

Yorha says, crossing her arms and shifting her legs.

“It’s utterly foolish. Infighting. . . . . .I don’t even want to use the word ‘kin’. . . . . . but what’s the point of kin dragging each other down? Albero, you don’t have to go. I’ll protest on behalf of us.”

“No, I’ll go.”

“. . . . . .What?”

“There are some things I want to test. I need to be stronger to fight Shin. It’s better to have an opponent.”

“But, you. . . . . .”

“It’s fine. While I’m at it, I’ll also greet Fugil-niisan.”

Albero stands up and goes to the room.

When he returns after changing into his uniform, everyone is surprised.

Ashe, though startled, speaks.

“Wait, Albero. . . . . .are you going now?”

“Yeah. Sooner is better.”

“But you just got back.”

“It’s fine. Kid, I’ll eat with Fugil-niisan, so I don’t need food here.”

“Assuming I’d cook, huh? Well, okay.”

With that, Albero left the dormitory.

The Peacemaker squad’s training ground is on the outskirts of the kingdom.

As he walked, he opened and closed his right hand.

“. . . . . .Alright.”

An opportunity to test the new technique he thought of with Isavel.

With a smile on his face, Albero started running towards the Peacemaker squad’s training ground.
