Albero, Kid, and Ridelle were fighting Typhon with all their might.
However. . . . . .Typhon was powerful.
Its body was bizarre. With multiple tentacles sprouting out, a swollen hump on its back, and its head remaining unaffected even after being shot through by Kid’s bullets, it was incomprehensible.
Albero caught his breath, which had become ragged.

Then he looked at Florentia, who was observing from a distance.

Typhon had tentacles extending from all over its body.

“Ridelle will approach from behind, and I’ll go head-on.”
“Got it! Let’s go then!”

The soles of Ridelle’s feet turned into jet nozzles, propelling her over the nearly demolished Rushout mansion to Typhon’s rear.
Kid positioned himself to support Albero and Ridelle. Albero enlarged his right arm.

Neither Albero nor Ridelle could answer Florentia’s question.
Albero hesitated about using the Total Assimilation. He felt that if he also used 『End of the World』, maybe they could defeat Typhon.
But Typhon hadn’t displayed any discernible abilities yet. If its power was merely physical transformation, then there might be a chance. Yet, Albero hesitated, feeling there might be something else.
Ridelle was also unsure about the timing.

On another branch of the tree she was on stood a woman.
Holding a smoking pipe, she exhaled smoke. The moment the smoke enveloped Florentia, her body split open.

“You let your guard down, Florentia.”

Florentia swiped away the smoke with her scythe.
The branch was cut, and as Florentia landed, so did. . . . . .Garnet.
Holding a smoking pipe, she wore a revealing dress resembling a camisole, draped in a robe, and donned a witch-like hat.

“Garnet. . . . . .It’s nostalgic hearing from you.”
“Hmph. I didn’t want to see your face. How did you even get into this country? Did you forget who’s here?”
“Ah~ I’m just a spectator, you know? Just here to enjoy watching your side cause a ruckus♪.”

Garnet twirls her smoking pipe, releasing a puff of smoke.
The smoke forms into a shape of a tiger, approaching Garnet.

“I let you go once, but not today. . . . . .Today is the day you die.”
“Fufu, you’re so dramatic. . . . . .Think you can stop me all by yourself?”
“I will. That’s the role of this 『High Priestess』Garnet.”
“Fufu Then. . . . . .I’ll play with you for a bit.”

Florentia swings her large scythe with a wicked smile, lunging at Garnet.
Garnet catches the scythe with her pipe, commanding the smoke tiger.

“Bite her to death!!”
“Nooo! I hate brutality!!”

The scythe splits the smoke tiger in two, but the smoke tiger quickly reforms.
Garnet steps back, inhales from her pipe, and exhales.

“『Beast Play Smoke』!!”

The exhaled smoke morphs into animals.
Birds, tigers, dragons, and various creatures change shape and charge at Florentia.
Florentia slices through all the smoke, flashing a malevolent grin, heading straight for Garnet.

Kid also retreats, and the battle between Garnet and Florentia is interrupted.
