Alicia and Oswald bought train tickets to the Democratic Republic under the guise provided by Prince Valentine.

The train was headed to Geneva, a neutral city located at the westernmost end of the Empire. It was originally an imperial territory surrounded by the Republic, but whenever the relationship between the Empire and the Republic was bad, supplies would be cut off, so the mayor and citizens eventually voted to declare neutrality.

After a ten-day journey, the two arrived in the neutral city of Geneva and went through immigration with the help of the Geneva Home Guard.

The two headed to the transfer station after clearing immigration.

“It’s definitely a city that has survived between the two countries.”

Winchester City and the Empire’s capital, Central Station, were both highly developed cities, but this neutral city of Geneva had buildings that were all extremely tall in an attempt to use its small territory efficiently.

There was the Freedom Union, which fought against the Empire for true freedom; the Revolutionary Party, which was in league with the imperial expansionists; the January 1st Brigade, which was supported by the Democratic Republic’s intelligence agency, ‘Vision’; the Libertas Paladin Corps, which served the goddess of liberty, Libertas, and was supported by the Democratic Republic’s parliament; and finally, the Freedom Independence Army, a separatist revolutionary force that believed in national self-determination.

All of them were active in the Empire, and the factions that had recently been active near the capital and had been expelled were the Revolutionary Party and the Freedom Union.

“Our first target is the Revolutionary Party.”

Since they were in league with the imperial expansionists, they were the ones who would be most actively involved in assassinating the fourth prince in order to provide a pretext for the Great War.

Of course, the expansionists who were manipulating them were merely using them with sweet words, but they were unaware of that fact.

Oswald headed to the Madrid National Museum with Alicia. It housed works of art from the time of the Kingdom of Charles to the present day, as well as works of art from the ancient kingdoms before the Kingdom of Charles.

Next, they went to see the huge statue of the goddess, which was 20 stories high, and also visited the Napoleon Building, which was known as the tallest building in the world.

This 50-story Napoleon Building was named after the first president of the Democratic Republic, Napoleon.

Napoleon, who had destroyed the Kingdom of Charles, was a hero of the Democratic Republic and its first president. Even now, the descendants of Napoleon’s family, the Bonaparte family, were active in the Democratic Republic’s political circles.
